On The Run with Coach Nick

Accomplished runner in the half, full, and ultra marathon distances. I have had a running passion as far back as I can remember. Started with Jr. High Cross Country and Track, into High School. I always wanted to know more about the sport, new workouts, new techniques, and just to be a better runner. This way I could pass on to others through motivation and encouragement.

I am an energetic coach, love to bring a smile to someone's face when the mile gets tough. I hold an RRCA level 1 Run Coaching and an ASFA Running Fitness Coaching certification. I have coached  Jr. High Cross Country, the 5K, half marathon, and marathon programs. Currently coaching a multi-leveled marathon program and several personal clients.

This is answered by my catchphrase, " Love the mile you are in!".

This applies to any run, no matter how difficult, or fun. If you are running then be happy about it. Whether it's a couple mile tempo run or a 15 mile long run, just love the mile. A mile with friends is a mile worth running.
